Definitions “You” / “Your” means any person using the Websites or Services, including any agent acting on behalf of another person. “QuoteVictory,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to QuoteVictory, LLC, and its affiliated entities. “Provider(s)” refers to insurance companies, brokers, affiliates, or any third parties with whom QuoteVictory works to deliver products or services. “Qualification Form” refers to your request to be matched with Providers of insurance and related services.
1. Changes to the Agreement QuoteVictory may modify this Agreement or its Websites at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Websites or Services constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Services are intended only for U.S. residents over the age of 18.
2. Additional Terms Some Services may be subject to additional terms, such as eligibility criteria or usage restrictions. These are incorporated into this Agreement. If there is a conflict, the Additional Terms govern that specific Service.
3. Privacy Policy Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. It is fully incorporated into this Agreement by reference. For California residents, the California Privacy Notice applies in addition.
4. Consumer Data Use and Retention By using the Services, you consent to our data handling practices, including sharing personal information with Providers as necessary to deliver Services or comply with legal obligations. Data may be retained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

6. Electronic Communications By using our Services, you agree to receive all communications and disclosures electronically. This is covered by our Consent for Electronic Disclosures.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the Websites, including logos, graphics, and code, is owned or licensed by QuoteVictory and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, scrape, or modify any portion of our Websites or Services without our prior written permission.
8. User Conduct You agree not to:
Impersonate others, collect data unlawfully, or interfere with system integrity
Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
Reverse engineer or modify any content
Use the Website or Services to train any AI or machine learning models without our written consent
Harvest or collect personal information of others without authorization
Disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Services
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to access or extract data from the Website
Discourage or obstruct others from using the Services
9. Chatbot Use Our Website may include chatbots that use AI and machine learning. You agree not to submit sensitive information and understand responses may be inaccurate. All use is at your own risk, and QuoteVictory is not liable for chatbot outputs. You are solely responsible for verifying any information provided through chatbot interactions.
10. Third-Party Links We may link to third-party sites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties Our Websites and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuoteVictory is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed $100.00.
13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuoteVictory, its affiliates, and partners from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Websites or Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration All disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA. You waive your right to class actions and jury trials. Arbitration will occur in Charlotte, North Carolina, unless otherwise agreed.
14.1 Dispute Filing Deadline You agree that any dispute or cause of action arising out of or related to the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such dispute or cause of action arose; otherwise, it is permanently barred.
15. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
16. SMS/Text Messages
16.1 SMS Program Overview Our SMS program provides text messages for appointment reminders, events, customer service if you opt in. Message frequency will vary depending on interactions with our services.
16.2 SMS Opt Out To cancel our SMS service at any time. Just respond "STOP". Upon sending "STOP", we will then confirm that you have been unsubscribed via SMS. After this confirmation. You will no longer be able to receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply follow the process you did initially, or text "START".
16.3 Carrier Liability Carriers are not held responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.Â
16.4 Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply for messages that are sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

17. Entire Agreement This Agreement, along with any linked policies or Additional Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and QuoteVictory.
18. Severability If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
19. No Waiver Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of QuoteVictory.
20. Licensing and Regulatory Disclosures QuoteVictory is not an insurance company, underwriter, broker, or licensed agent. We do not provide insurance quotes directly. Rather, we operate as a lead generation and marketing platform that connects consumers with insurance providers who may offer products that match your inquiry. All insurance products are offered and sold through licensed third-party providers. QuoteVictory makes no warranties regarding the suitability, pricing, or availability of any product. Nothing on our Websites should be construed as insurance, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
21. AI, Automation, and Data Use Restrictions You may not use our Websites, Services, or any portion thereof, including data, content, or materials, to train, develop, or enhance any artificial intelligence or machine learning models or systems. This includes any scraping, dataset compilation, model training, or prompt engineering without prior written permission from QuoteVictory. We reserve the right to monitor and block any such automated behavior.
22. Third-Party Compensation Disclosure QuoteVictory may receive compensation from Providers for marketing, lead generation, or referral services. This compensation may affect the visibility, placement, or order in which Providers appear or are presented to you. We do not list all providers or offers available in the marketplace.
23. Embedded Tools and Widgets QuoteVictory may provide embeddable quote tools or widgets (“Widgets”) for use on third-party websites. You may only use Widgets on websites you own and operate, and in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You may not modify, obscure, alter, or reverse engineer any Widget or use it in a way that is misleading or misrepresents QuoteVictory or our Services. Widgets may not be placed on sites that include unlawful, misleading, adult, offensive, or discriminatory content. QuoteVictory reserves the right to revoke permission or disable Widget functionality at any time and for any reason. QuoteVictory is not responsible for content hosted on third-party websites where a Widget is displayed.
